Obama: Recognizing that most lower court decisions aren't contentious because judges are required to simply apply the law or correct errors, he favors judges at every level who have a broad vision of the Constitution and are willing to address the needs of marginalized groups without the access and pull to have grievances addressed in other democratic spheres.

***The Green Movt is an international religion that will demand at least $45 TRILLION DOLLARS over the next few years. And, the US will be expected to kick in the most money...
Assuming an average 3.3 percent global economic growth over the 2010-2050 period, governments and the private sector would have to make additional investments of $45 trillion in energy, or 1.1 percent of the world's gross domestic product, the report said.
That would be an investment more than three times the current size of the entire U.S. economy.

But now Hillary has won the popular vote in a Democratic primary, while Obambi has won under the rules. In a spectacular turnabout, media commentators are heaping sarcasm on our plucky Hillary for imagining the “popular vote” has any relevance whatsoever.
It’s the exact same situation as in 2000, with Hillary in the position of Gore and Obama in the position of Bush. The only difference is: Hillary has a much stronger argument than Gore ever did (and Hillary’s more of a man than Gore ever was).
