This should come as no surprise. Crazy Rod admitted to only getting a C in Con Law and has never shown any respect for the rule of law or the intent of statute. I smell another lawsuit against the Gov's office...

Speaking of the mistaken $1M, why hasn't ANYONE involved with that 'mistake' been disciplined?!?!? And where is that legislative investigation?
