***We told you about this stupid, stupid proposal earlier this year. At the time, Rep. Dunkin held the bill because people let him know how stupid it is. BUT, as with all good liberals, Dunkin & Jesse White want to bring it back up when nobody is looking.
Now, the U of I is warning students of 'ped-texting'. Really. We have become so lazy that we need Big Brother to tell us how to WALK. And, if we don't listen and nod approvingly, they will slap a new law and a $25 fine on us for texting and walking.

“I’m trying to save the planet; I’m trying to save the planet,” she says impatiently when questioned. “I will not have this debate trivialized by their excuse for their failed policy.”
Will this type of liberal ever learn that we DON'T want to be saved by their wacky brand of socialist government!
