Look at the respondent pool: CWLP hired RLW Analytics to conduct the $142,000 study. The results were compiled through telephone interviews, on-site visits and energy audits of 140 CWLP business customers and 95 residential customers between June and September.
The survey firm could only find 235 respondents? That's $625 per respondent. To find out what? That people don't have auto thermostats? That they don't know about CWLP energy programs? This is worth $625/respondent...
