Dude

***Springfield.  About to make national news, again.  This time for the dope fiend who alerted the media to his 'medical marijuana club'.  C'mon!  How about a little advertising on The Kelm & Kirk Show?!?!?

***Wait a minute.  The libs are demanding a TRUTH COMMISSION without any sense of irony to look into just how close the US came to some sort of 'executive tyranny' under the Bush administration immediately following 9-11.  As the column in the Trib today points out, the investigation should be launched to see how close we came to such 'tyranny'.  How close we came?  You mean we didn't get to tyranny?  You mean to say that the system worked?  So, we're going to spend millions of dollars and have to listen to lib zealot Pat Leahy whine at us for the next 18 months because the system worked?

Can't wait.

***This isn't good for the US economy.  This isn't good for the Illinois economy.  This is only good for the Middle East and the terrorist networks that are funded by oil dollars:  "We don't believe it makes sense to significantly subsidize the production and use of sources of energy (like oil and gas) that are dramatically going to add to our climate change (problem). We don't think that's good economic policy and we think changing those incentives is good for the country," Geithner told the Senate Finance Committee at a hearing on the White House's proposed budget for the 2010 spending year."

Remember, this is the administration that honestly believes that the economy will turn around if we just keep pouring billions of dollars into wind and solar.  They have promulgated the idea of 'climate change' for more than a decade and now they are in charge.

Your gas budget is going to go thru the roof.  The Obama wants that - he said as much during the campaign.  His only qualm was that gas prices rose so quickly.  He'd rather they rose slowly over time so that people would drive less and less.

Now, we have Timmy Geithner telling the US Senate that it is going to raise taxes on oil companies, that it is going to make it vastly more expensive to do offshore drilling and expansion of oil fields.  This is insane!

***Jim Cramer is a great talent & this is a great post!
