If you keep saying it, it'll be real

***WSJ on The Obama's Radical Agenda: The illusion that Barack Obama will lead from the economic center has quickly come to an end. Instead of combining the best policies of past Democratic presidents -- John Kennedy on taxes, Bill Clinton on welfare reform and a balanced budget, for instance -- President Obama is returning to Jimmy Carter's higher taxes and Mr. Clinton's draconian defense drawdown.

***Krauthammer on the derth of real solutions from The Obama: And yet with our financial house on fire, Obama makes clear both in his speech and his budget that the essence of his presidency will be the transformation of health care, education and energy. Four months after winning the election, six weeks after his swearing in, Obama has yet to unveil a plan to deal with the banking crisis.

***Interestng case moving to the US Supreme Court involving the length McCain -Feingold can go to restrict political speech or any speech for that matter.  The Court should overturn McCain-Feingold's arbitrary and unconstitutional restrictions on the First Amendment.  They were put in place as incumbent protection and for no other reason.

***Another stupid decision by The Obama administration.  They have decided to starve Yucca Mountain of fund for a nuclear waste repository.  What that means, of course, is that rather than have one national repository, we have hundreds of waste sites across the US.  What that means, of course, if the BILLIONS spent since the early '80s from fees on nuke generators, paid for by rate payers will have gone to waster.  What that means, of course, is that there are still and there will remain hundreds, if not thousands of potential terrorist targets across the US.

This guy and his team of idiots have no idea what this means for the country and for especially for HIS HOME STATE!  Illinois has the most nuclear reactors.  We have the most nuke waste.  Yucca has been proven safe and is a hardened facility that needs to be opened.
